Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

배경

Zinc finger protein GLI2 is a ~165 kDa protein. Functions as a transcription regulator in the hedgehog (Hh) pathway. Functions as a transcriptional activator. May also function as transcriptional repressor. Requires STK36 for full transcriptional activator activity. Binds to the DNA sequence 5'-GAACCACCCA-3' which is part of the TRE-2S regulatory element.
