안정성 및 저장

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

배경

NF-kappa-B inhibitor epsilon (NFKBIE) is a ~52 kDa protein. Sequesters NF-kappa-B transcription factor complexes in the cytoplasm, thereby inhibiting their activity. Sequestered complexes include NFKB1-RELA (p50-p65) and NFKB1-REL (p50-c-Rel) complexes. Limits B-cell activation in response to pathogens, and also plays an important role in B-cell development.
