배경	Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is a ~68 kDa protein. Binds copper, nickel, and fatty acids as well as, and bilirubin less well than, serum albumin. Only a small percentage (less than 2%) of the human AFP shows estrogen-binding properties.

After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 with Human monoclonal antibody (20ug/ml, overnight at 4°C), followed by Alexa Fluor-488-conjugated secondary antibody (6.5ug/ml, 50minutes at room temperature). The target protein was detected in the cytoplasm.
