The abinScience Tricolor Prestained Protein Marker is a ready-to-use mixture of nine (9) prestained proteins with apparent molecular weights ranging from 10 to 250 kDa. Three distinct colors — blue, orange, and green — enable rapid band identification on SDS-PAGE gels and easy monitoring of Western blot transfer efficiency. The marker is supplied in a ready-to-use format: simply load directly onto the gel with no heating, reduction, or addition of sample buffer required. Compatible with standard SDS-PAGE, Bis-Tris, Tris-Glycine, and Tris-Acetate gel systems. Detectable by colorimetric, NIR fluorescence (700 nm), and RGB fluorescence (555 nm) methods. |
