배경	Cell adhesion molecule CEACAM8 (CD66b) is a ~38 kDa protein. Cell surface glycoprotein that plays a role in cell adhesion in a calcium-independent manner. Mediates heterophilic cell adhesion with other carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecules, such as CEACAM6. Heterophilic interaction with CEACAM8 occurs in activated neutrophils. 1. SEC-HPLC detection for Anti-Human CD66b/CEACAM8 Antibody (BW250/183).
Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD66b antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD66b monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HB202107) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
