Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CD137 monoclonal antibody at 1ug/mL on various samples.
Lane 1: recombinant mouse CD137 (Catalog No: MC336012)
Lane 2: negative control
Immunofluorescence staining of HDLM2 with Mouse monoclonal antibody (20ug/ml, overnight at 4°C), followed by Alexa Fluor-488-conjugated secondary antibody (6.5ug/ml, 50minutes at room temperature). The target protein was detected in the cell membrane.
