| 배경 | Glypican-3 (GPC3/Glypican 3) is a ~65 kDa protein. Cell surface proteoglycan. Negatively regulates the hedgehog signaling pathway when attached via the GPI-anchor to the cell surface by competing with the hedgehog receptor PTC1 for binding to hedgehog proteins. Binding to the hedgehog protein SHH triggers internalization of the complex by endocytosis and its subsequent lysosomal degradation. Positively regulates the canonical Wnt signaling pathway by binding to the Wnt receptor Frizzled and stimulating the binding of the Frizzled receptor to Wnt ligands. Detects recombinant human Glypican-3/GPC3 (Cat No.: HW310011) in indirect ELISA.
Detects recombinant mouse Glypican-3/GPC3 (Cat No.: MW310011) in indirect ELISA.
SDS-PAGE for Rat Anti-Human GPC3 Antibody (YP7).
Flow-cytometry using anti-human GPC3 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human GPC3 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HW310053) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: ？) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Western blot analysis was performed using anti-GPC3 monoclonal antibody at 1ug/mL on various samples.
