배경	Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18 (CD357/GITR) is a ~26 kDa protein. Receptor for TNFSF18. Seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. Mediated NF-kappa-B activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway.

SEC-HPLC detection for Anti-Human CD357/TNFRSF18/GITR Antibody (hu6C8).
Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD357 antibody. Human RPMI-8226 cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD357 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV475207 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
