| 배경 | DNA (cytosine-5)-methyltransferase 3A (DNMT3A) is a ~101 kDa protein. Required for genome-wide de novo methylation and is essential for the establishment of DNA methylation patterns during development. DNA methylation is coordinated with methylation of histones. It modifies DNA in a non-processive manner and also methylates non-CpG sites. May preferentially methylate DNA linker between 2 nucleosomal cores and is inhibited by histone H1. Flow-cytometry using anti-human DNMT3A antibody.293T cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human DNMT3A antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV233013 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
