| 배경 | Fibronectin (EDB) is a ~272 kDa protein. Fibronectins bind cell surfaces and various compounds including collagen, fibrin, heparin, DNA, and actin. Fibronectins are involved in cell adhesion, cell motility, opsonization, wound healing, and maintenance of cell shape. Involved in osteoblast compaction through the fibronectin fibrillogenesis cell-mediated matrix assembly process, essential for osteoblast mineralization. Participates in the regulation of type I collagen deposition by osteoblasts. Acts as a ligand for the LILRB4 receptor, inhibiting FCGR1A/CD64-mediated monocyte activation. 1. Owens, RJ. et al. SDS-PAGE for Anti-Human FN1/Fibronectin Antibody (SAA0522)
Flow-cytometry using anti-human FN1 antibody. HepG2 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human FN1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HY259013, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
