InVivo Plus Antibodies

abinScience InVivo Plus antibodies are functional-grade reagents prepared for animal research—azide-free, low endotoxin, sterile-filtered and aggregation-tested (e.g., SEC-HPLC/DLS). Each lot includes a CoA with concentration, endotoxin (LAL), purity, and sterility/bioburden checks, plus recommended handling and dosing notes. Formats include IgG and F(ab')2, optional Fc-engineered variants, and carrier-protein-free buffers. RUO

Selection & Handling Guide

  1. Mechanism: Choose blocking vs. depleting vs. neutralizing; verify clone MoA and target expression in your model.
  2. Format & Fc: Select IgG for Fc-dependent functions; F(ab')2 to avoid FcγR engagement; consider Fc-silenced/effector-enhanced variants as needed.
  3. Dose & Route: Plan mg/kg and schedule per literature/model; common routes include i.p., i.v., s.c. (follow IACUC/ethics guidelines).
  4. Buffer & Endotoxin: Confirm azide-free, carrier-free buffer and low endotoxin on the lot CoA; avoid repeated freeze–thaw (aliquot if needed).
  5. Controls: Include matched in vivo isotype controls and vehicle controls; monitor body weight and clinical scores per protocol.

FAQs

What makes an “InVivo Plus” antibody different from standard lab grade?

InVivo Plus products are azide-free, low endotoxin, sterile-filtered and aggregation-controlled, with carrier-free buffers and lot-level QC tailored to animal research workflows.

Can I use InVivo Plus antibodies for diagnostics or therapy?

No. All products are for Research Use Only (RUO), not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

Should I choose IgG or F(ab')2?

Use IgG when Fc effector function is desired (e.g., depletion via ADCC/ADCP); choose F(ab')2 to avoid FcγR interactions in models sensitive to Fc-mediated effects.

What endotoxin level is recommended?

Select low-endotoxin lots as stated on the CoA and consistent with your protocol; always report and control endotoxin alongside dose and route.

Any handling tips?

Thaw gently on ice, mix by slow inversion, and prepare single-use aliquots to avoid freeze–thaw cycles. Use sterile technique and appropriate PPE.

Naming note

“InVivo Plus” here denotes abinScience’s internal grade specification for animal research antibodies.
