What protein formats are available for therapeutic targets?

Most targets are available in His-tagged, Fc-chimera, Avi-tagged, and biotinylated formats. Specific formats vary by target — check the individual target page for available options. Custom formats can be produced through our CRO service.

Are your proteins suitable for SPR/BLI binding assays?

Yes. Avi-tagged and biotinylated proteins are designed for oriented immobilization on streptavidin-coated sensor chips (Biacore) or biosensors (Octet). His-tagged proteins can also be immobilized via Ni-NTA surfaces. Kinetics data is available on select product pages.

Do you offer matched antibody pairs for PK/ADA ELISA development?

Yes. We provide validated capture/detection antibody pairs and calibrator proteins for several major therapeutic targets. What is the difference between a research biosimilar and a reference standard?

Our research biosimilars are RUO (Research Use Only) recombinant antibodies with sequences matching approved therapeutics. They are produced in mammalian expression systems (CHO/HEK293) and are suitable for analytical comparability studies, bioassay development, and positive controls — but are not GMP-grade and should not be used for clinical or diagnostic purposes.
