  1. Function: Select blocking, depleting, or neutralizing based on target and desired MoA.
  2. Format: Choose IgG for Fc-mediated effects (ADCC/CDC); F(ab')2 to eliminate FcγR binding.

How is an in vivo antibody different from standard lab grade?

In vivo products are azide-free, low endotoxin, sterile-filtered and aggregation-controlled, with carrier-free buffers and lot-level QC tailored to animal studies.

Should I choose IgG or F(ab')2?

Use IgG for Fc effector functions (depletion/engagement); use F(ab')2 when avoiding FcγR interactions is important.

Recommended endotoxin level?

Select low-endotoxin lots per protocol and record values from the lot-specific CoA; control endotoxin alongside dose and route.

Can these be used in humans?
