Flow cytometry

HEK293T cells transiently transfected with human, mouse, rat, or pig VMAT1 or VMAT2 were stained with clone JP1217 at the indicated concentrations (0.01, 0.04, 0.16, 0.62, 2.5, and 10 µg/mL). The antibody specifically recognized VMAT2 from human and pig, and did not detect VMAT1 or VMAT2 from mouse or rat.
