Flow cytometry

HEK293T cells transiently transfected with human, mouse, rat, or pig VMAT1 or VMAT2 were stained with clone JP1212 at the indicated concentrations (0.01, 0.04, 0.16, 0.62, 2.5, and 10 µg/mL). The antibody recognized both VMAT1 and VMAT2 across all four species tested.
