Background	5'-nucleotidase (CD73/NT5E) is a ~63 kDa protein. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleotide monophosphates, releasing inorganic phosphate and the corresponding nucleoside, with AMP being the preferred substrate. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD73 antibody.U87 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD73 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB209107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
