Background	C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CD185/CXCR5) is a ~41 kDa protein. Cytokine receptor that binds to B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC). Involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles of spleen and Peyer patches but not into those of mesenteric or peripheral lymph nodes. May have a regulatory function in Burkitt lymphoma (BL) lymphomagenesis and/or B-cell differentiation.
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using APC anti-human CD185(CXCR5) antibody. Raji cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an APC anti-human CD185(CXCR5) antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB160137, Red Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
