| Background | This humanized antibody LT3015 is generated from the high-affinity, specific anti-LPA mouse mAb LT3000, also called Lpathomab. The target of the antibody lysophosphatidic acid is a bioactive lipid mediating multiple cellular responses, and it's involved in the establishment and progression of cancer by providing a pro-growth tumor microenvironment and promoting angiogenesis. The EC₅₀ of the humanized antibody to 12:0 (lauroyl) LPA was determined to be 75.6 ng/mL by ELISA. • Did mitophagy follow the origin of mitochondria?, PMID:38361280 • Brown recluse spider (Loxosceles reclusa) venom phospholipase D (PLD) generates lysophosphatidic acid (LPA)., PMID:15926888 |
