| Background | Narnatumab (IMC-RON8) is a neutralizing human monoclonal antibody that blocks RON binding to its ligand, macrophage-stimulating protein (MSP), with a Kd of 32 pM. Narnatumab can be used for the research of cancer. • Macrophage-stimulating protein and RON receptor tyrosine kinase: potential regulators of macrophage inflammatory activities., PMID:12472665 • Macrophage stimulating protein., PMID:10549357 • MSP-RON Pathway: Potential Regulator of Inflammation and Innate Immunity., PMID:33117355 • An Introduction and Overview of RON Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Signaling., PMID:36833444 • Oncogenic and invasive potentials of human macrophage-stimulating protein receptor, the RON receptor tyrosine kinase., PMID:12807733 • Roles of macrophage stimulating protein and tyrosine kinase receptor RON in smoke-induced airway inflammation of rats., PMID:26464622 • Kinases involved in MSP/RON signaling., PMID:10080538 • Role of macrophage-stimulating protein and its receptor, RON tyrosine kinase, in ciliary motility., PMID:9045873 • MSP-RON signalling in cancer: pathogenesis and therapeutic potential., PMID:23792360 • The ron receptor tyrosine kinase: a key regulator of inflammation and cancer progression., PMID:24266348 |

SDS-PAGE for Research Grade Narnatumab.

Flow-cytometry using PE anti-human CD136 antibody. SW480 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an PE anti-human CD136 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC609016, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
