Background

Integrin alpha-L (CD11a/ITGAL) is a ~128 kDa protein. Integrin ITGAL/ITGB2 is a receptor for ICAM1, ICAM2, ICAM3 and ICAM4. Integrin ITGAL/ITGB2 is a receptor for F11R. Integrin ITGAL/ITGB2 is a receptor for the secreted form of ubiquitin-like protein ISG15; the interaction is mediated by ITGAL. Involved in a variety of immune phenomena including leukocyte-endothelial cell interaction, cytotoxic T-cell mediated killing, and antibody dependent killing by granulocytes and monocytes. Contributes to natural killer cell cytotoxicity.

  • Anti-Human Integrin alpha L/CD11a Recombinant Antibody (SAA0004)

    Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD11a antibody. Human Jurkat cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD11a antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB805107 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a CoraLite488 conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690314) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
