Background

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9 (CD137/4-1BB) is a ~27 kDa protein. Receptor for TNFSF9/4-1BBL. Conveys a signal that enhances CD8(+) T-cell survival, cytotoxicity, and mitochondrial activity, thereby promoting immunity against viruses and tumors (Probable).

Note For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
