Background	Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase C (CD45/PTPRC) is a ~147 kDa protein. Protein tyrosine-protein phosphatase required for T-cell activation through the antigen receptor. Acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. The first PTPase domain has enzymatic activity, while the second one seems to affect the substrate specificity of the first one. Upon T-cell activation, recruits and dephosphorylates SKAP1 and FYN. Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using PE anti-human CD45 antibody. Jurkat cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an PE anti-human CD45 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HY195127, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
