Background

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 19 (TNFRSF19) is a ~45 kDa protein. Can mediate activation of c-Jun and NF-kappa-B. May promote caspase-independent cell death. Isoform 2 and isoform 3 may act as decoy receptors.
