Background

FAD-dependent oxidoreductase domain-containing protein 1 (FOXRED1) is a ~53 kDa protein. Required for the assembly of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I). Involved in mid-late stages of complex I assembly.
