Background

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 17 (CD269/BCMA) is a ~20 kDa protein. Receptor for TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF and TNFSF13/APRIL. Promotes B-cell survival and plays a role in the regulation of humoral immunity. Activates NF-kappa-B and JNK. CD269 is the therapeutic target of teclistamab (Tecvayli).

    Flow Cytometry

    Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD269 antibody.CD269 Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD269 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HX959107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
