Background

Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II-a (CD32/FCGR2A) is a ~35 kDa protein. Binds to the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma. Low affinity receptor. By binding to IgG it initiates cellular responses against pathogens and soluble antigens. Promotes phagocytosis of opsonized antigens.

    Flow Cytometry

    Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD32 antibody.CD32 Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD32 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HY139107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
