Background	Anti-Muellerian hormone type-2 receptor (AMHR2) is a ~62 kDa protein. On ligand binding, forms a receptor complex consisting of two type II and two type I transmembrane serine/threonine kinases. Type II receptors phosphorylate and activate type I receptors which autophosphorylate, then bind and activate SMAD transcriptional regulators. Receptor for anti-Muellerian hormone.

Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human AMHR2 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human AMHR2 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HS882207) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-AMHR2 monoclonal antibody at 1µg/ml on various samples.
