Background	Rozibafusp alfa (AMG-570) is a humanized IgG2-κ monoclonal antibody targets ICOSL and BAFF. Prezalumab demonstrates beneficial activities on the arthritis of systemic lupus erythematosus. Prezalumab can be used for the research of sjogren's syndrome cutaneous lupus erythematosus, psoriasis and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD275 antibody. U937 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD275 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HF564026, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
