| Background | Balugrastim (CG 10639) is a novel long-acting recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) obtained by means of a genetic fusion between recombinant human serum albumin and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. Balugrastim can be used for the research of breast cancer. • Characterization of G-CSF receptor expression in medulloblastoma., PMID:32642714 • Gene Expression of CSF3R/CD114 Is Associated with Poorer Patient Survival in Glioma., PMID:38474265 • CSF3R/CD114 mediates infection-dependent transition to severe asthma., PMID:30312710 • Protective Role of Myeloid Cells Expressing a G-CSF Receptor Polymorphism in an Induced Model of Lupus., PMID:29868014 |

SEC-HPLC detection for Research Grade Anumigilimab.

Detects CD114/CSF3R in indirect ELISAs.

SDS-PAGE for Research Grade Anumigilimab.

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD114 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD114 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HV643016) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
