Background

Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (CSF2/GM-CSF) is a ~16 kDa protein. Cytokine that stimulates the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells from various lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils and erythrocytes.
