Background

Dipeptidyl peptidase 3 is a ~82 kDa protein. Cleaves and degrades bioactive peptides, including angiotensin, Leu-enkephalin and Met-enkephalin. Also cleaves Arg-Arg-beta-naphthylamide (in vitro).
