Please refer to the specific buffer information in the hardcopy of datasheet or the lot-specific COA.

Reconstitution Reconstitute in sterile water for a stock solution. A copy of datasheet will be provided with the products, please refer to it for details.
Shipping In general, proteins are provided as lyophilized powder/frozen liquid. They are shipped out with dry ice/blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
Stability and Storage Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.
Alternate NamesA-kinase anchor protein 100 kDa, A-kinase anchor protein 6, AKAP 100, AKAP-6, AKAP100, AKAP6, KIAA0311, PRKA6, Protein kinase A-anchoring protein 6, mAKAP
Background

A-kinase anchor protein 6 is a ~256 kDa protein. Binds to type II regulatory subunits of protein kinase A and anchors/targets them to the nuclear membrane or sarcoplasmic reticulum. May act as an adapter for assembling multiprotein complexes.
