Background

Serine/threonine-protein kinase A-Raf (ARAF) is a ~67 kDa protein. Involved in the transduction of mitogenic signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. May also regulate the TOR signaling cascade. Phosphorylates PFKFB2.
