Background

Cyclin-dependent kinase 2-associated protein 1 (CDK2AP1) is a ~12 kDa protein. Inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase CDK2. Also acts as a component of the histone deacetylase NuRD complex which participates in the remodeling of chromatin.
