Background

A disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 13 (ADAMTS13) is a ~153 kDa protein. Cleaves the vWF multimers in plasma into smaller forms thereby controlling vWF-mediated platelet thrombus formation.

    Flow cytometry

    Flow-cytometry using anti-human ADAMTS13 antibody. HepG2 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human ADAMTS13 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HV675023, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
