Background	Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL1 (CD158a/KIR2DL1 & CD158b1) is a ~38 kDa protein. Receptor on natural killer (NK) cells for some HLA-C alleles such as w4 and w6. Inhibits the activity of NK cells thus preventing cell lysis.
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
