| Background | B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 is a ~61 kDa protein. Functions as a coreceptor for the B-cell antigen receptor complex (BCR) on B-lymphocytes. Decreases the threshold for activation of downstream signaling pathways and for triggering B-cell responses to antigens. Activates signaling pathways that lead to the activation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and the mobilization of intracellular Ca(2+) stores. Is not required for early steps during B cell differentiation in the blood marrow. Required for normal differentiation of B-1 cells. CD19 is the therapeutic target of tafasitamab (Monjuvi). 1. SDS-PAGE for Anti-Human CD19 Antibody (HB12B)

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD19 antibody. Raji cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD19 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HB996053, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
