Background	Leukocyte antigen CD37 (TSPAN26) is a ~31 kDa protein. Structural component of specialized membrane microdomains known as tetraspanin-enriched microdomains (TERMs), which act as platforms for receptor clustering and signaling. Participates thereby in diverse biological functions such as cell signal transduction, adhesion, migration and protein trafficking. Upon ligand binding, two signaling pathways are activated, one acting through phosphorylation by LYN leading to cell death or a survival pathway with activation of GSK3B. Plays an essential role essential for clustering of integrin ITGA4/ITGB1 and promotes its mobility in the plasma membrane of B-cells. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD37 antibody. Human RPMI-8226 cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD37 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HY564207 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-IL23A monoclonal antibody at 1ug/mL on various samples.
