Background	Abciximab (C7E3), a chimeric mouse/human monoclonal antibody fragment, is a glycoprotein (GP) IIb/IIIa inhibitor. Abciximab inhibits platelet aggregation and leucocyte adhesion by binding to the glycoprotein IIb/IIIa, vitronectin and Mac-1 receptors.
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
