ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler CHD7 is a ~335 kDa protein. ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling factor, slides nucleosomes along DNA; nucleosome sliding requires ATP. Probable transcription regulator. May be involved in the in 45S precursor rRNA production.
