Background

Interleukin-22 receptor subunit alpha-2 (IL22RA2) is a ~30 kDa protein. Isoform 2 is a receptor for IL22. Binds to IL22, prevents interaction with the functional IL-22R complex and blocks the activity of IL22 (in vitro). May play an important role as an IL22 antagonist in the regulation of inflammatory responses.

    Immunofluorescence

    HepG2 cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes, followed by blocking with 5% goat serum for 1 hour. The cells were then incubated with a primary antibody targeting IL22RA2 (HV100014) at a concentration of 29.2 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Afterward, the cells were incubated with a secondary antibody, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor-488) for 50 minutes at room temperature. The localization of IL22RA2 was visualized (shown in green), and nuclear DNA was stained with DAPI (shown in blue).
