Background

PR domain zinc finger protein 10 (PRDM10) is a ~130 kDa protein. Transcriptional activator, essential for early embryonic development and survival of embryonic stem cells (ESCs). Supports cell growth and survival during early development by transcriptionally activating the expression of the translation initiation factor EIF3B, to sustain global translation. Activates the transcription of FLNC.
