MAPK/MAK/MRK overlapping kinase (RAGE-1/MOK) is a ~48 kDa protein. Able to phosphorylate several exogenous substrates and to undergo autophosphorylation. Negatively regulates cilium length in a cAMP and mTORC1 signaling-dependent manner.
