Background	Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 15 (TNFSF15/TL1A) is a ~28 kDa protein. Receptor for TNFRSF25 and TNFRSF6B. Mediates activation of NF-kappa-B. Inhibits vascular endothelial growth and angiogenesis (in vitro). Promotes activation of caspases and apoptosis.
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
