Background

Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is a ~18 kDa protein. Cytokine that induces the release of T-cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes and, in particular, enhances the maturation of CD11c(+) dendritic cells. Can induce allergic inflammation by directly activating mast cells.

    Flow Cytometry

    Flow-cytometry using anti-human TSLP antibody.TSLP Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human TSLP antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV243107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
