| Background | Anti-Muellerian hormone type-2 receptor (AMHR2/MISRII) is a ~62 kDa protein. On ligand binding, forms a receptor complex consisting of two type II and two type I transmembrane serine/threonine kinases. Type II receptors phosphorylate and activate type I receptors which autophosphorylate, then bind and activate SMAD transcriptional regulators. Receptor for anti-Muellerian hormone. |

Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human AMHR2 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
