Please refer to the specific buffer information in the hardcopy of datasheet or the lot-specific COA.

Reconstitution Reconstitute in sterile water for a stock solution. A copy of datasheet will be provided with the products, please refer to it for details.
Shipping In general, proteins are provided as lyophilized powder/frozen liquid. They are shipped out with dry ice/blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
Stability and Storage Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.
Alternate NamesADAP, Adhesion and degranulation promoting adaptor protein, FYB, FYB-120/130, FYB1, FYN-T-binding protein, FYN-binding protein 1, SLAP-130, SLAP130, SLP-76-associated phosphoprotein, p120/p130
Background

FYN-binding protein 1 is a ~85 kDa protein. Acts as an adapter protein of the FYN and LCP2 signaling cascades in T-cells. May play a role in linking T-cell signaling to remodeling of the actin cytoskeleton. Modulates the expression of IL2. Involved in platelet activation. Prevents the degradation of SKAP1 and SKAP2.
