Please refer to the specific buffer information in the hardcopy of datasheet or the lot-specific COA.

Reconstitution Reconstitute in sterile water for a stock solution. A copy of datasheet will be provided with the products, please refer to it for details.
Shipping In general, proteins are provided as lyophilized powder/frozen liquid. They are shipped out with dry ice/blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
Stability and Storage Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.
Alternate Names150 kDa oxygen-regulated protein, 170 kDa glucose-regulated protein, GRP-170, GRP170, HSPH4, HYOU1, Heat shock protein family H member 4, Hypoxia up-regulated protein 1, ORP-150, ORP150
Background

Hypoxia up-regulated protein 1 is a ~111 kDa protein. Has a pivotal role in cytoprotective cellular mechanisms triggered by oxygen deprivation. Promotes HSPA5/BiP-mediated ATP nucleotide exchange and thereby activates the unfolded protein response (UPR) pathway in the presence of endoplasmic reticulum stress. May play a role as a molecular chaperone and participate in protein folding.
