Shipping In general, proteins are provided as lyophilized powder/frozen liquid. They are shipped out with dry ice/blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
Stability and Storage Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.
Alternate NamesChromatin-remodeling ATPase INO80, DNA helicase-related INO80 complex homolog 1, DNA helicase-related protein INO80, EC:3.6.4.-, INO80, INO80 complex subunit A, INO80A, INOC1, KIAA1259, hINO80
Background

Chromatin-remodeling ATPase INO80 is a ~176 kDa protein. ATPase component of the chromatin remodeling INO80 complex which is involved in transcriptional regulation, DNA replication and DNA repair. Binds DNA. As part of the INO80 complex, remodels chromatin by shifting nucleosomes. Regulates transcription upon recruitment by YY1 to YY1-activated genes, where it acts as an essential coactivator. Involved in UV-damage excision DNA repair.
