Shipping In general, proteins are provided as lyophilized powder/frozen liquid. They are shipped out with dry ice/blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
Stability and Storage Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.
Alternate NamesHsRINT-1, RAD50 interactor 1, RAD50-interacting protein 1, RINT-1, RINT1
Background

RAD50-interacting protein 1 is a ~90 kDa protein. Involved in regulation of membrane traffic between the Golgi and the endoplasmic reticulum (ER); the function is proposed to depend on its association in the NRZ complex which is believed to play a role in SNARE assembly at the ER. May play a role in cell cycle checkpoint control. Essential for telomere length control.
